This was the third time I had used them in two years and I have always been pleased. If you don't love your floors, we'll replace them for free with the Beautiful Guarantee®. I specifically wanted to stay at this hotel as staff from other companies in our group had also booked the same hotel. Impressive was her ability to insure we had our install completed promptly due to our tight schedule. The subcontractor Taylor Carpet used was terrible. However, when I took my concerns and pictures to Taylor Carpet they made it right.
